Getting the DK2 working with Oculus Runtime 1.

I downloaded the new SDK, followed the on screen instructions and rebooted before downloading the new nvidia drivers. When you get to the bits about setting up the CV1, plug it in, wait for it to detect, then follow all instructions about position, comfort, calibration etc.
